Where do I contact you for support?
You can contact our support team here.
How accurate is Enable’s address database?
At Enable, we use CoreLogic’s data which we format in a way that the APIs can correctly consume them. With the greater Christchurch area experiencing significant residential growth, we’re keeping up as fast as we can. This means that our address database is very accurate.
I can’t find an address, what do I do?
If you are sure that the address is valid, please contact our API team.
How often is the cache cleared?
The Address Details cache expires daily at 01:00 NZT.
Will the Address Lookup API return ONT serial numbers at the address?
Not at this stage, although this functionality may be included in a future release. If this feature is important to you, please log an enquiry with API Support via the Contact API Support Page.
Does FSL have any correlation to the alpha address string?
No. The FSL is an address unique identifier and has no correlation to the alpha address string.
MDU's in some parts of the country have over 100 tenancies in one building. Does Enable support the ability to make one AJAX call to return up to 1000 records?
No, the maximum results that will be returned in one request is 20. You will need to use pagination to view the next 20 results or refer to Enable's Address Data CSV, available for download on the RSP Portal.
Is there a correlation between FSL and TUI?
No. FSL and TUI are both separate and unique address identifiers. All TUI's have an associated FSL, but not all FSL's have an associated TUI.
Does Enable's address data align with or support NZ Post PAFs?
Not at this stage, although this functionality may be included in a future release. If this feature is important to you, please log an enquiry with API Support via the Contact API Support Page.
Does Enable support the ability to complete batch address checks? What's the best way to do this?
No. Not via the Address Lookup API. Enable recommend utilising Enable's Address Data CSV, available for download on the RSP Portal.
Can I force the Cache to clear?
No. We cache results to improve performance and reduce load on our internal systems. We do not allow manual cache clearing.
